Accommodation
Conference accommodation will be provided in the on-campus Cerro Vista apartments. The location of the apartments is a quarter mile from the proposed conference room. The accommodation fee of $498.50 includes lodging, parking and will also include a meal plan. Participants will need to check out of the apartments no later than Saturday afternoon, 6/25. Participants can elect to stay at the Quality Inn and Suites, which is 1.2 miles from the conference room. The conference rate is $149/night. Transportation from this hotel to the conference will be provided. If you wish to stay at the Quality Inn and Suites, please indicate this on our electronic registration form and the organizers will handle your arrangements at the conference rate.
